Thirty eight year old, 2 children, who suffered with backache due to a wide muscle split both above and below the umbilicus. The operation plicated her muscles by 5-6cm and removed 600g. Three months post she was able to return to her normal exercises and one year on, she is able to do tummy exercises that she was unable to do prior to surgery.
